If the item arrives damaged you must report this to us within 7 days and we will collect if from your home and replace it free of charge. We ask that you provide a photograph of the damage. Please retain the item in its original packaging for collection.

The item and original packaging needs to be in perfect condition, and we may collect it from your home or ask you to take the package to a local courier hub.  Please contact us for the correct return address and all returns are free of charge.
