REFUND POLICY
At Mood Living, it is important to us that you are a happy customer.
DAMAGES:
It is very important that you check your item within 7 days of delivery for defects or damages. We advise that you retain the original packaging in the event that you want to return it to us for any reason. If the item arrives damaged you must report this to us within 7 days and we will collect if from your home and replace it free of charge. We ask that you provide a photograph of the damage. Please retain the item in its original packaging for collection.
CHANGE OF MIND:
While we make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible, we will accept returns if the item arrives and you just don't like it. The item and original packaging needs to be in perfect condition, and we may collect it from your home or ask you to take the package to a local courier hub. Please contact us for the correct return address and all returns are free of charge.

We are happy to offer a 5 year guarantee with our items so if for any reason you have cause for complaint, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
